Retire technology
without retiring the evidence.
Enterprise IT asset disposition, secure data destruction and device lifecycle management — run through a gated process in our own certified facility, where no asset advances a stage until the record proving it is attached.
The problem
A retired laptop is not a disposal problem. It is a data problem with a resale value attached.
Most organizations treat end-of-life technology as something to get rid of. That framing creates both of the risks that follow: an untracked data-bearing device becomes a reportable breach, and hardware that still carries real market value gets handled carelessly enough to destroy it.
The discipline that protects the data is the same discipline that preserves the value.
Serialized inventory, verified sanitization and controlled handling are what let us prove where every asset went — and what let that same asset be graded, warranted and sold into a premium channel instead of scrapped. Sanitize first. Recover value second. Never the reverse.
What we do
One accountable provider across the whole lifecycle
From procurement and deployment through refresh, recovery and certified disposition — handled in our own facility, not passed to a subcontractor.
IT Asset Disposition
Retire enterprise hardware with serialized accountability from collection through final disposition.
ExploreSecure Data Destruction
Sanitization to NIST 800-88 and DoD 5220.22-M, with a certificate issued per individual device.
ExploreData Center Decommissioning
Planned facility exits — discovery, de-racking, sanitization, secure logistics and audit closeout.
ExploreDevice Lifecycle Management
Procure, configure, deploy, support and refresh distributed device fleets at enterprise scale.
ExploreAsset Recovery & Remarketing
Recover value from retired technology through testing, refurbishment and global resale channels.
ExploreReverse Logistics
Collection, returns and consolidation across hundreds of distributed sites.
ExploreAI Infrastructure Lifecycle & Asset Recovery
Accelerated infrastructure retires differently. So we handle it differently.
An AI rack is not one asset. It is dozens of components with different sanitization requirements, sharply different residual values, and one shared deadline — and the accelerators are frequently not where the recoverable value sits.
We treat the whole chain as one accountable programme, from the engineering that plans the removal to the manifest that closes it out. Where a capability is genuinely outside our scope, we name it rather than imply it.

How the floor works
Five gates. No manual overrides.
Our processing workflow is gated and sequential. No device progresses to the next stage until every critical criterion for the current stage has been verified and documented — and each gate produces an artifact that ends up in your closeout package.

The facility
We own the building your assets are processed in
A 70,000 square foot secured facility in Lewisville, Texas — minutes from DFW International and the region's freight terminals. Climate controlled throughout, with a dedicated mobile device floor, narrow-aisle high-bay racking and separate inbound and outbound staging lanes.
Every door — inbound, outbound and internal zone transitions — is covered by AI-enabled cameras with real-time anomaly detection. A single-entry, single-exit control policy is managed from a dedicated security desk, which eliminates tailgating and unauthorized device removal as a category of risk.
- Auto-locking door control
- One in / one out policy
- Background-checked technicians
- 48-hour audit access
Industries
Regulated environments, where the paperwork is the product
Healthcare
Health systems retire devices that touched PHI. We produce the serialized evidence your privacy office and your auditors ask for.
Financial Services
Built for third-party risk review. We do not certify your compliance — we produce the documentation your examiners accept.
Education
District-scale refresh, redeployment and recovery programs, run to schedule around academic calendars.
Telecom & Carriers
Carrier-scale trade-in and device processing, with wipe validation enforced before an asset can ship or invoice.
Client outcome
A Fortune 10 healthcare organization, 200,000 employees, 5,000+ IT assets
Device management had begun to consume departmental staff time and exceed the budget allocated to it. We took responsibility for the whole lifecycle: procurement with guaranteed buyback, asset tagging and MDM enrollment, kitting with rugged cases and hygienic keyboards, pooled connectivity, refresh of returned devices, and end-of-life disposition with verified sanitization.
